Colorado turned to shit years ago and is getting worse. Crime is horrid. Its worst in the nation for auto-theft. Colorado Springs is politically slightly better than the Denver area but the crime is also through the roof. Grand Junction is full of druggies and gang violence. I was there with someone who saw a sign outside a brewery saying no gang colors, visible gang tattoos etc... They laughed and thought it was a joke until I had to explain to them that it was absolutely not a joke.
Don't know much about ID. I do know that the main state of people moving to ID is California and years ago when I was looking at moving there I was reading local news papers. One had an article by a Cali import saying "ID has too many polite white people and that's a problem".
Wyoming will always say "fuck off we're full". Also, the weather is hell most of the year so if you aren't willing to put up with cold/wind like you have probably not seen in the US then it could be a shock. Also, if you loose your job and cant get another remote job there is no work in Wyoming for the most part.
[edit] To answer the question. I would say Fuck No. Unless you want to live in Comiefornia lite (and getting more like it every day. "Gay Ski Week" is a thing in Colorado at multiple ski resorts. Its cucked and full of fags. https://gayskiweek.com/
