35 euros ($39) for one hundred sushis in Italy is very sus. It's barely $0.39 a piece.
Now think about the time it would take to make these, at least a good 30 minutes. Then deduct the staff's salaries, electricity bill, insurances, rent (or property tax if owned). There's no way they are making a profit.
This feels more like money laundering to me.
