This guy is clearly controlled opposition. The Democrats benefit from this in two ways. One, they'll be able to bring this up and say "durr rEpUblibiCans fuck cousins durrr". Two, this will make it easier to invade Kentucky with Pakis who are factually the real kings of cousin fucking (it's not even a contest really).

Probably what has happened here is that this guy is molesting his 13 to 17 yo cousin and (((somebody))) has evidence and made him a deal. They get to decriminalize what their Paki pets are doing and blame it on White people, he becomes a laughing stock but gets to lessen the penalty when he finally gets caught for the absolutely disgusting sick things he's been doing to his little cousin.
