Black women hate being outside in the rain because all the toxic chemicals they have in their hair to straighten it run down and ruins their clothes. Or they have a wig that becomes a giant heavy sponge when wet. Not surprising that she can't understand that White people just get a towel and dry their hair and it's no big deal.
