Solar is a scam . I mean, technically works. It's just not free or efficient on the whole.

It works when properly scaled for each house, but you’ll have to spend money on upgrading/replacing batteries over the years, adding that the jews don’t want you to go off-grid.

Check out the last videos from the 8-bit guy on jewtube. He’s explaining it all.

My buddy went all in, 70k on tesla wall, as much capacity as his roof could handle. 2 years into it, the power company changed how much he gets charged back, and basically, they charge for a delivery fee both ways, etc , etc, etc . Long story short, he will probably break even around 2038 when the panels are at the end of their life. Ymmv

I have panels, I did it myself, get the largest panels from a wholesaler and i was able to significantly break even sooner.

My northern Mexico place is completely off grid, it's way cheaper to buy stuff down there.

Solar energy doesn’t really make sense in northern areas with lower than 100 sunny days per year.

I should say, you spend 20k now to save 15k later.

What if we use so much solar power that we use it all up and the sun goes away?

The true dark side is the battery requirement for power smoothing and after hours. We have a fuck-huge lion battery disposal problem already, and it's getting worse every day. You can't recycle them, at least not with current tech.

It just costs more than the electricity it produced in its short lifetime.

Agreed, battery technology/energy storage in general feels far behind the curve.

The disposal/replacement just sounds like thousands of fabulous jobs created by clean energy! Go green!!

The average lifespan of a solar panel is 25-30 years

No. It's about 10 years in real world applications. Just like LED lighting which should have a very long operating life but doesn't live longer than a few years, photovoltaic solar panels fail long before their theoretical lifespan due to environmental factors mainly. That greatly reduces their lifetime efficiency which is used to determine how wonderful they are at getting (((climatologists))) pussies wet. It's all a (((scam))).

It depends on how much you pay. Cheap LEDs die because of cheap low quality drivers from China.

Still better than wind and coal? Most solar panel components are recyclable as far as I'm aware.

Nuclear power is obviously the cleanest, but can result in catastrophic devastation when it goes wrong. With DIE a thing in modern society, solar and coal feels safer.

We’re all aware, but some people don’t realize how much it costs to do so. Just like wind turbines.
