Any person on any level that mentions climate change (pollution) and fails to put The blame on China and India, are criminal Liars. The United States has the cleanest air and water in any developed nation and we are NOT Paying for The slug countries to pollute.

if that is true than get china to take on these policies, the beauty is that no other country except maybe india would have to implement the ppolicies then all climate goals would be met. without china and india talking about climate goals is pointless and will just push more of our production to those countries making the evironment worse the world over
