I really want a new trebuchet. My wife thinks it's a little excessive, but it would come in handy when I'm laying siege to my neighbors castle.
I've asked Santa for a 120" short-throw 4K video-projector for our home-theater.
Ooh, that is a good one.
I'm not getting myself anything. But if Santa comes, I hope he leaves PoalBucks (the only legitimate cyber-currency for Poalr bears everywhere).
Quit being a stingy Jew and buy yourself a brand new car.
Don't skimp, it's Christmas in July for Christ's sake.
Is that what you're doing? What kind of car would you get?
Have you tried VR? That shit is whack.
I played some kind of shooting game set on a floating platform, and I couldn't bring myself to walk off the edge even though I knew it was floorboards underneath me, I just couldn't convince my brain to place a foot off the edge.
Never done it before but i'd like to try.
Which headset?
VR?
I believe it was a HTC vive. It was my mate's, not mine, and it was about 2 years ago, not sure if there's anything better on the market today.
I didn't even think about Christmas in July, but I just bought some upgrades for my squat rack, and some books.
Clearly you were in the spirit even if you didn't remember the holiday was right around the corner.
What upgrades? I got myself a new deadlifting platform.
My squat rack has a cable machine attachment for it. When I bought the rack, I was an idiot, and thought "Pssh! I'll never need that!" Years later, I've been sold on it. So, I bought the sable machine attachment, and a bunch of grips for it. Could have saved $50 and a ton of shipping money if I had bought the bundle years ago, though.
