I wouldn't be surprised if they do reenactments of old pagan rituals. The things that would come from the rituals would be subtle. Spell casting is basically to use psychological manipulation and hypnosis (power of suggestion). You wouldn't likely notice any change overnight. What comes from the ritual could simply be perceived guidance or instructions for the 'leaders' and WEF members for the next few years. This could simply be a meeting of the aforementioned to discuss plan objectives for god knows what.. maybe how to manipulate niggers/npcs to do the new bidding..
