I've never been able to square Creation with the existence of niggers and browns. Certainly God would not create such creatures?

Just because you and I are intelligent enough to distinguish between humans and animals, doesn't mean all humans can do the same.

God gave man dominion over the animals. The reason that niggers and browns ruin things is because we have not exercised our dominion over them as we should. Like any invasive species, they cause damage in the places they don't belong. Put them back in their native habitat and stop feeding them and the apex predators there will keep them in check.

Different species are adapted for different environments. E.g. the pasty folks Poal likes to autistically screech about? Satellites, penicillin, the internet. Check.

Having enough cultural cohesion to still have babies in 2023? Not so much. And half the women are on psych meds. The tradeoff of all those awesome tech and art things comes with a tendency towards having few children and cultural seppuku.
