Some of these dudes out here have one limb wheeling around obese and parasitic in filthy wheelchairs at 4 AM howling at the moon.

I am not that guy.

Where are my ailments? Even my excema is clearing.

One could think on it deeply enough and even feel guilty. I don’t deserve perfect health. I am a sinner. I am very lazy and have not used my talents to their fullest.

But god permits me to be bipedal and without disease.

Thank you, God. I will do more empathic acts to those less fortunate than I. Every man is a mirror to another. To know and care for my fellow man o earth is to know and understand God in Heaven.

Counting my blessings.

None of us deserve our blessings. Yet we all have them and we should all be greatful. Especially those of us that have our health and our families.

I don’t have family. But maybe if I stay humble and work harder, keeping the faith I’ll have one someday.

If not...it’s Gods will. I will see it as just another way forward. I refuse to hate my life and to dismiss the beauty of existence. It’s a painful world. But how would I ever know and value love without the pain to frame it?

I am Christian but just so you know the other admin is atheist and we manage to set our disagreement aside to make this place what it is.
