Gentile: "The lost nations of Israel."

[–] 0 pt

Gentile: very broad term roughly equating to ‘nation’. Can apply to any nation including Israel, but often assumed to apply to non-Israelite or non-Jewish nations. Strong's Greek: 1484. ἔθνος (ethnos) -- a race, a nation, pl. the nations (as distinct from Isr.) [Probably from etho; a race (as of the same habit), i.e. A tribe; specially, a foreign (non-Jewish) one (usually, by implication, pagan) -- Gentile, heathen, nation, people.] Strong's Hebrew: 1471. גּוֹי (goy) -- nation, people [Rarely (shortened) goy {go'-ee}; apparently from the same root as gevah (in the sense of massing); a foreign nation; hence, a Gentile; also (figuratively) a troop of animals, or a flight of locusts -- Gentile, heathen, nation, people.]

Now look at the roots and original context. It can only mean what I provided.
