Courts have already ruled students have no privacy at school. It's why warrants are not required to search them or their lockers or detain them. Accordingly, teachers are legally obligated to truthfully communicate student wellbeing and health to parents. Students have no privacy from their guardians. This is really about usurping legal guardianship away from parents and making them state property.
