Romans chapter 14 is all about dietary restrictions. Nothing at all about our topic of discussion. In Philipians chapter 2 it says

Yes. What is God's nature? God is a spirit. Jesus was of God's nature, ie Jesus was a spirit, like God. Of the same nature. He then emptied himself and took on a lower form as a man.
