That still requires repentance. Theoretically speaking that's possible for anyone, but in terms of plausibility I have extreme doubts that more than a tiny percentage of NPCs would ever repent. The requirement to acknowledge your culpability is too much of an ask for the majority of NPCs.

It isn't too much to ask as we are not the ones asking: God almighty is asking and he can make miracles happen. It does not matter how many will repent as it is God's plan. And I won't feel bad about that pedophile tranny or that kike who does not repent and ends up in hell... do you? God will judge them and that should not trouble you. Now you can always do your best to convert them: a mighty task indeed.

"Can" and "should" are different concepts. Miraculously making people repent would present a contradiction in terms because repentance must be freely chosen.

Now God showing up with a legion of angels is certainly more persuasive than little ol' me, but that's not "making". That's asking from a position of influence.
