And Jesus said unto them, Verily I say unto you, That ye which have followed me, in the regeneration when the Son of man shall sit in the throne of his glory, ye also shall sit upon twelve thrones, judging the twelve tribes of Israel. - Matthew 19:28

Jesus didn't say "those of you who have followed me" but "you who have followed me", he didn't exclude anybody. Also, Judas repented before killing himself:

Then Judas, which had betrayed him, when he saw that he was condemned, repented himself, and brought again the thirty pieces of silver to the chief priests and elders, - Matthew 27:3

So, to me, it looks like Judas is in heaven right now.
