20 For if our heart condemn us, God is greater than our heart, and knoweth all things. (1 John 3:20 KJV)

Most Christians think that our condemnation comes from the Holy Spirit, but that is not His function. Our condemnation comes from our own conscience, which is located in our hearts, so this is saying when our conscience condemns us, that because God is greater than our hearts, then we should be assured that we, as born again Christians, are still without condemnation (Romans 8:1). So if you are feeling condemned, which most churches put on you, then you should realize that it is not God that is making you feel that way. One of the devil’s tactics is to make us feel condemned and unworthy, as he comes to steal, kill and destroy us (John 10:10), but Jesus has made us worthy in God’s sight by His own sacrifice (Romans 5:19).

In our born again spirits we have the mind of Christ (1 Corinthians 2:16), and know all things, but that is not in our brains, but our spirits. The more we walk with the Lord, and follow after the Spirit, we can renew our minds and begin to draw the knowledge out of our spiritual brain into our physical brain, and then we can obtain the very wisdom of God. Wow, that is absolutely amazing, and is worth the effort to do so. Give yourself to God (Romans 12:1), renew your mind with the scriptures (Romans 12:2), and you will tap into the knowledge of God – Thank you Lord.
