I'm sure given enough time i can find some redeeming values in these people. however, in this case, it seems like a lot of church families/couples have very broken communication. in this case i was trying to rehome a cat, didn't think it was a big deal. the wife said one thing, which is to agree to rehome him, and the husband said he hated cats, and didn't like having one. he said it was forced upon him against his decisions. in these cases i usually reverse the decision, so now i'm gonna go and get my cat back. but this entire bullcrap issue could have been completely avoided had this couple talked to each other for more than 2 minutes of their day. now i look like the idiot who forced a cat on them. and this is also at the time i realized that relying on a church family for anything, is a sure fire way to live a life of disappointment. this is also not the first time i've had to deal with these petty issues, which have only come back to bite me in the butt

What a low T bitch. Can't into running his own household effectively so he has to act like a 3rd party doing something extremely normal is causing problems for him. Embarrassing to broadcast so openly that he doesn't have his wife in order.

It's kinda ironic because his wife constantly texts me all the time, and at first it was funny. Now I have to take it upon myself to simply stop texting her. I realized later on that whilst im not saying anything wrong, im not gonna become the bitch's side piece because she's bored that day. Not that she would do something behind her husband's back, but in this day and age, who the heck knows. I also had to come to the conclusion myself that her texting me this often is completely inappropriate

I mean, for now im just gonna low key no longer do any interactions with anyone. Sure, maybe people will think Im more distant, but it ensures i dont end up in these situations again
