**Daily Devotional** **November 1** *6 That the communication of thy faith may become effectual by the acknowledging of every good thing which is in you in Christ Jesus. - Philem 1:6 (KJV)* We already have the very faith of the Lord Jesus in our born again spirits, as it is part of the fruit of the Spirit (Galatians 5:22-23). The Greek word translated as “communication” means the “release” of our faith will become effectual when we do acknowledge all the good things in us, in Christ Jesus. Most Christians have been taught to pray for more faith, but you already have all the faith that you can get, in your born again spirit. What you need, is to acknowledge the faith that you already have, and believe it is there, before it will be usable. The wonderful thing about our Father, is that He never forces things upon us, as He gives us things like a faith that can move mountains (Matthew 17:20), but does not make us use it, but we have to believe it is there. Faith has to be pure, and will not work properly if you have a lot of unbelief in your heart (Matthew 17:20). Instead of praying for more faith, you need to get rid of the unbelief that this world feeds us everyday then your faith will become effectual. Faith works by love (Galatians 5:6), so to have your faith work, you must have the love of God in you, and the fuller of God you are, the better your faith will work. Acknowledge all the wonderful things that we have in our born again spirits, and fill yourself with the love of God, and get rid of your unbelief, and you will discover that your faith truly can move mountains.
