Jesus Christ himself broke Jewish law. At the time, jews had infiltrated the Roman government and were slowly working their law into Roman law.
Jesus committed blasphemy by claiming he was the Son of God. Jesus overturned the tables of the jews in the temple. This was not "legal".
Jesus never paid taxes, because he never earned money. He didn't participate in an evil system, because he didn't want to support it.
The goal of a Christian is to live at peace with others, where it is in your power to do so . If "living at peace" means denying Christ, then you must disobey man; you must break the law .
The choice to obey government must one made between you and God. Ask Him what you should do. Life is too complex to give a blanket Yes/No answer.
I am honestly surprised God himself was so patient with these people
it's all part of His plan.
God must ensure that he does not invalidate our free will. We were made in God's image, and therefore have a will of our own, just as God does. If God simply snaps his fingers to change things, it invalidates the choice man freely made.
This is why God works through His followers, guiding them on the path He has for them. He shows us the light, and we make the choice.
The conseuqnce of this is clear, man is able to seek satiation of their sinful nature.
The "jews" we know of today are the Devil's people. After breaking the convenant with God, and invoking a blood curse on themselves with the blood of Jesus Christ, they have become a culture of satan worshippers.
You are a liar and full of shit, but it's okay, because if you are believed, then Christianity becomes a lot more of a functional and useful religion.
