In case anyone's curious, Exodus 34 explains how Moses obtained the Ten Commandments and brought them down from Sinai. Moses was also given other instructions to pass on to Israel, such as making no covenants with the indigenous residents, who God would have driven out had the Israelites exercised more faith and obeyed Him.
