Additionally, if this were a CIA briefing, why is it available on YouTube? I don’t doubt that there likely are programs similar to this, but if THIS video is shared featuring someone who isn’t Gates talking to people who AREN’T CIA, then it isn’t trustworthy. That should be step one.
