I’m a Voater, and well aware of the half-baked cockamamie crap thrown around by pagan larpers serving as their explanation for the origins of Christianity.
It has nothing to do with lack of self-awareness, and everything to do with realizing it’s false.
It’s a pretty good explanation for most Protestantism, I’ll grant. But it completely fails to explain, say, where all these separate Christian kingdoms came from.
