BTW, Heathens don't really have much to do with witches. Maybe you were hanging out with some kind of neo-pagan. But witches aren't really a Heathen thing. Magic / Mysticism in general. We tend not to regard it.
I know my sample was limited - there certainly were heathens at Beltaine, and the various other festivals; and there really isn’t some coherent corporate entity which defines “heathen” as distinct from any of the other pagan communities - with much goings-between among all of them. They showed up at the same parties and moved in the same circles. They all regarded their own particular in-group as somehow the more “legitimate”. Conflicts and clashes that inevitably arose were due almost entirely to personality issues, rather than faith.
Unless you’ve got some coherent Odin-worshiping temple, with some kind of corporate structure which defines your group as distinct from these others, I really don’t see any reason to regard your perspective as qualitatively distinct from any of theirs. You may define “Heathen” as specifically “anti-Zionist” - but what exactly are you keeping them out of? What sort of meaningful resistance are you offering ?
