All of China's technology is stolen from us or built by US companies. That guy is full of shit.

Maybe it's due to the fact they've hired a lot of non-white women and niggers for their "cyber" security. Of course those workers think they are the best and greatest hackerz who ever lived but have a hard time changing the time on their Windows 10 computers....

My guess is that the administration is preventing them from using our own technology to defend our own infrastructure. Even Trump was speaking to this very issue. Which means it predates his administration. IMOHO, it's not that China is out pacing us. Simply not possible as it's largely our technology. It's that traitors are preventing us from using our own technology with which to defend outselves.
