Seems to me Europeans are the ones always on camera. Here it is only the large cities so most of the nation is not surveilled.

With gps, microphones that can't be turned off, cameras and countless software trackers we're surveilled even in our own homes.

In Chinatown Chicago they have always had a system called Kangaroo Court. Back when I was a kid we were told; "don't mess up in Chinatown because they have their own law there and that you may never come back home again". Wouldn't you know it.... about a week later I brought home a permission slip to go on a school field trip to Chinatown.
