Doctors fear more hospitals could close next year when big cuts to Medicaid public health insurance for people who are poor or have disabilities take effect. More than 400,000 people could lose coverage, meaning less money for hospitals that treat them.

"majority black neighborhood". Ah, Chicago is like 80% neegar or some shit like that so...leave it to the times to bullshit and lie up a story; the majority of Chicago small community hospitals are complete shit and the population is better off not dealing with the unholy substandard care.

This goes for any city with nons as the majority population. They fuck up and destroy everything they touch.

Poor hospitals attract poor doctors who generally are foreign born with multiple complaints and lawsuits stacked against them. They use license reciprocity across states to get jobs. Like that 'jeet that declared a child dead and it woke up in the morgue.
