Sav A Lot is a low-price store to start with, akin to Aldi with a lot of house brands. There's one near me, and they generally have some really good prices on things like chicken, staples, and whatnot, and I've never had a problem with the quality. It's always been really good on a price vs. product scale. The fact that they are failing means niggers are stealing them blind. But you knew that already.
