Burning it down and rebuilding it would be a lot less effort than rounding up all of the niggers and deporting them (and then repairing all of the damage they have done). Chicago has already had major fires in its history, so it burning down wouldn't be unheard of.

I didn't say you needed to remove the niggers while its burning.... Rather, maybe a wall around it.

Nor did I. That smell would be horrible, worse than going to an open house and being hit with the smell confirming that the house is currently being occupied by pakis.

A house like that cannot be saved. I once was forced to rent what looked like a nice apartment for a time while figuring out a better place to live. It smelled of curry niggers the entire time. No cleaning helped. Their cooking becomes part of the property.

Never allow the browns/blacks to rent/use/live in a property you own or manage. You can never get rid of the smell.
