Ok who is with me? I have been slacking with my workout routine lately and I have been meaning to get back into a regular schedule and this looks like it would fit with my plans.

This Challenge literally takes about 5 minutes three times a week. No excuses for not having time. If you cannot find 15 minutes a week you need to re-evaluate your life choices. The program starts off assuming you are totally out of shape and gets you to 100 pushups over 7 weeks. No excuses for not being in shape at the start.

Count me in. 20 on initial test. Perfect finish for the year...start the new year out right. Will do todays set after class.
