I'm in CA and I remember someone years ago on a radio program say that while driving their car and hearing on the news about these new CA laws that allow lawsuits for claims otherwise barred by the statute of limitations that AFTER that moment they 'got back their memories that something happened to them' and joined the suit. It was all forgotten until that moment? Really? Until the news story about a law$uit? That story bothers me to this day. Real victims deserve the settlements, but not to have to share it with fakers.
