I thought something was up when we were reading the same parts of the Bible at the same times of year (excluding the Jesus birth and crucifixion). All those verses and books, and they chose to read the same 15ish...
I only remember it being around 15 because my family only went during fall, winter and stopped going after Easter. I found it weird that there was a pattern and it repeated but the Bibles were easily 3 inches thick.
They do a A,B,C year cycle each of the three years is dedicated to a different Gospel, in addition to readings from Old Testament and Epistles.
Year A – Gospel of St. Matthew Year B – Gospel of St. Mark Year C – Gospel of St. Luke
