I'm sure there are a lot of people dumping these for political reasons, but I think another factor is no one knows how reliable these are going to be as they age. The battery replacements are as much as 15k. It's a big risk picking up one of these used.

Same how I got my diesel car. Few years back there was a big scare that EU will ban diesel cars, so everyone was trying to get rid of theirs. Got mine for 1/3 of the price less than it should be, low milage too. Of course, I knew diesel ban was a scam.

What the hell do they expect a 7+ year old EV with ~160k miles on it to sell for? Getting 10k for it sounds reasonable if not maybe a bit high.
