It won't be illegal and there won't be any lawsuit. There doesn't need to be. Just don't buy the car. I've been saying this for years now. If people refuse to buy cars that have this subscription garbage they will have no choice but to abandon the practice. People are stupid though and they will keep buying it. They will sign the agreement and they will have no case in court.

I tend to agree but when one manufacture gets away with it for long enough others follow along. Which is why it needs to be made illegal.

All the power in this is in the hands of the consumer. If they refuse to buy then it will go away pretty quickly.
