So you get 300 mile range but you're not supposed to charge more than 80% or use less than 20%. So that's already 60% of your advertised range, or only 180 miles. Then you lose an extra 41% if it's below 20f. So your advertised 300mi EV only gets around 100mi of range in the cold if you properly charge and discharge the battery. How is this not false advertising?

In addition, parasitic discharge will drain the battery when not in use.

Does seem ripe for some class action lawsuits.
