What? Of course they do. Have you ever custom ordered a car? You can get it without heated seats if you choose. Doing it in this manner makes it easier to sell the car later on. Reselling it you can advertise it as heated seat capable. Or if you were to change climates from a warm climate to a colder climate adding it would be much easier. Is it jewish? Definitely.
