Turdeau inaction is his specialty. Switching from rail to truck will be done out of desperation, but there just aren't enough trucks to replace the demand. I don't see either side taking an inch, someone has to step in.

(Maybe some MP will step in, get the wheels on track, and Turdeau will steal credit like he loves to do.)
