It was the Chinese, filling investment portfolios like a tour bus hitting up an all you can eat buffet after 12 hours on the road. Crazy things, one week from normal to zero inventory, 50% over asking, no inspections no contingencies, cash.
Now it will be numbered companies buying up all the property. The government densifies desirable areas with expensive property. Its not like there isn't plenty of space in Winnipeg
