They start out by encouraging the terminally ill to kill themselves, then they help them, then they advise them it would be better to kill themselves, then they advise those who are not terminally ill, but who are an economic burden, that it would be better for them to just die and get out of the way of others, then finally the make the decision for them whether they like it or not. That's where this goes, and it always goes there.
