Yeah south america has a couple of spot but i have no intention of learning or integrating into their culture so they probably aren't going to appreciate it when a bunch of white people show up like they are doing here. Going to be a fight no matter where you go.

You'd be surprised how many expats from Canada already fled to central/south america in the last two years..there are growing communities of like-minded people. Depending on the area, these countries are quite happy to have the influx of money.
