There is a cult of globalists located in London, Ontario, and they are dug in deep into the medical and education institutions, not just in London, but also those in many of the surrounding communities. Normally you used to only see this sort of thing on rare occasions. They liked to stay hidden and maintain an illusion of fairness.
Recently they have been purging doctors and government officials who refuse to get on board the globalist agenda.
They are VERY tyrannical, with no consideration of laws, legal authority, or basic rights, in their decision making.
London is a very corrupt city, and has been so for a very long time. The only difference these days is the lack of prosecution for their past crimes has emboldened them, and they are now operating more openly in the public eye, using the pandemic as political cover. They not only see themselves as above the law, they have now gone so far as to declare they are the law.
The cost of legal action in Canada is so high as to be beyond any reasonable reach of the common citizen. You can't afford a quality lawyer unless you are upper middle class. There are not actually so many of those in Canada.
Thus, these institutions just run roughshod over everybody, seemingly immune to consequence, and entirely without accountability.
In this particular case, they have just created a class of people who are to be denied medical care, but are still expected to be taxed to pay for everyone else's medical care. Taxation without representation. Furthermore, you cannot offer privately to perform the services, like transplant operations, performed by the medical system. They have a state run monopoly. Nor can you legally leave the country to purchase these services elsewhere.
They have just condemned an otherwise qualified group of organ recipients to certain death.
This is nothing less than deliberate mass murder.
Nature abhors a vacuum, and in the long run, there are many kinds of justice.

Canada is still very much a British Empire colony, which offers the illusion of freedom while maintaining the subjugation of the citizenry. No doubt it would be far more draconian if America had not overthrown the British. The same is true for the other colonies, like Australia and New Zealand. Freedom is just an illusion, and that is their intent for America as well.
Of course, they will back down again if the patriots manage to secure control of America. Right now, the Empire has been emboldened by the loss of freedom in America. They figure the revolution is now over.
That remains to be seen.
