Not only is there the Immunization Act but the Canadian Charter of rights states that no citizen can be compelled to take part in any medical procedure. Compelled vaccinations has no legs in Canada full stop. Yet at least one major Canadian city recently announced that any City employee without the vax will be put on indefinite unpaid leave. This is a threat, a scare tactic, nothing more.
