People from Vancouver are hardly Canadian. They rarely see temperatures below freezing, the whole city shuts down if they get even the smallest dusting of snow, and because their temperatures seldom go over 80 degrees, almost nobody there has AC (central air, many have those shitty window units that do fuck all). Judging Canada based on them would be like looking at people in San Fran Shithole and thinking all Americans are like that.
