Its called "poutine", and I didn't have any.

Ah yeah, poutine. I had it once at the Vancouver airport. Pretty damn good. It was made with tater tots (potato rounds) which makes more sense, as French fries won’t hold the gravy goodness as well. And their not French.

Way I understand it, poutine is french-canadian.
