They should have left the first time the guy told them to leave the property
But instead they stood there, in the hope the guy would make a mistake giving them an excuse to arrest/assault/force their will on him. An insult, a threatening gesture... Anything that could be used as an excuse. Obvious.
And they finally left after he told them to do so for the 15th time... This is disgusting, they aren't here to help, they are pushing, it's bordering on intimidation/harassment
