I don't give them my ID but I agree. I use it because I have anon everything including internet.
I did find they tried a phishing scam after signing up for two accounts with two phone numbers. Each phone was called after about 24 hours of sign up with a message posing as CIBC bank and quoting the fake name given for each account respectively.
To me that confirms Parler is a honeypot by MOSSAD or CIA or some other Jewish crime syndicate.
