It's not giving money to niggers, poor jews can't part with that. What it's doing is codifying "nigger oppression" I expect something along the lines of, "we can't prosecute serial murderer because he's a nigger" And while some of that is already happening, this bill signed into law will be the stamp for more of such things to happen.
