That's the amount they are admitting too. It's worse than that when you look at how the budget is formulated and guarantees it will always be in a deficit if the markets take any kind of dive or catch a cold.
What bothers me the most about these people moving to my state is the fact that they will continue to vote blue...
It doesn't matter anymore. Those fuckers streaming across the border will vote blue also. Secondly, the demonrats don't need votes to win.
What matters is being able to shoot straight. Go practice.
