They'll probably phrase it similar to what they are trying to do with the jab mandate. If you manage two companies or the two companies work together in any meaningful way, the employees will be lumped together.
Doesn't matter if you have 50 companies with 1 employee each. It will be counted as 50 employees.

Yeah. I'm not the best at phrasing this shit but the way I understand it is basically if they view the companies as under one umbrella, they'll count them together.
