Parent company Kroger will close two locations in Long Beach California due to a $4 hero pay increase passed by the city council. Grocery stores operate on small margins so even high turnover of product has limits. I bet there's a lot of theft going on as well. Long Beach is a Food desert in the making.

Reminder: We are talking about California. So when you factor in the $950 (or whatever) theft limit. An associate told me that they are barred from confiscating stolen merchandise and are advised to plead with the thief instead, even though confrontation is also hindered.

Expect the working and deadbeat sheep to remain dumbfounded.

Not always. My local Food 4 Less, owned by Nugget, not Kroger, has a tackle the nigger policy. More than once I’ve seen them chase a nigger down to retrieve the bottle of Hennessy it walked out with. They prosecute.

Found this on the ground report from SF this week: https://youtu.be/HmOIQv0yu-U

Shows boarded up small shops, closed restaurants, an open mall, empty streets, masks everywhere and shit on the ground.

Contains a short interview with a CVS security guard talking specifically about the $950 "theft limit"
