So tonight on Los Angeles CBS 2, David Goldstein (yea...troll face phenotype, so probably if that's his real name) goes after vagrants stealing those rental bikes you can find in major cities. 1/3 were stolen according to the journalist.

Story airs tonight at 11pm PST, will be available after it airs, probably here - https://losangeles.cbslocal.com/personality/david-goldstein/

ETA - that's a stupid title I gave this, I apologize for not catching it sooner. The bikes in question are the bike share ones.

The police aren't doing anything even though it is millions of dollars in city property. The vagrants are nearly as protected as jews playing the holocaust card.

They steal electricity, water, food while leaving their shit all over the place and getting businesses fined for their messes - http://newsantaana.com/2018/10/06/the-city-of-santa-ana-has-fined-a-local-business-for-a-mess-made-by-a-homeless-vagrant/ (I've never heard of that paper, but the story is similar.)

That wasn't even the one I was looking for. The one I was looking for was the litter cops (not actual cops) wrote a ticket to an employee and not the company, they are supposed to fine the company, not the employees.
